Due to the electronic nature of the items we sell, no refunds are available. Replacement of corrupt files with proof of purchase will be provided. If there is a problem, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the problem.
The website does not keep track of duplicate orders, so you will not be informed that you have already purchased an item. Please check your files to make sure you do not already own the design before purchasing, as cash refunds will not be issued. We may at our discretion allow you to pick out another design to replace it and email it to you. If you have any questions, please be sure to ask before purchasing.
Please be certain you are ordering the correct size. Once the sale is completed it will not be exchanged or replaced with any other. If the file is corrupt or bad it will be replaced with the exact same file you ordered with the same size. Should you purchase the wrong size it will not be exchanged for a different size, you will need to purchase that size and we will offer a discount for the same file in a different size.
All Designs are set for immediate download. As soon as your payment is received you should be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an email with download information.
