Back To School Feltie Set ITH

Have some fun with this Back To School Feltie ITH Set. Fast stitching design. So many way to use this design. This design can be stitched on felt, vinyl or any non fraying fabric. You can cut a slit in the back & insert a snap clip to make a barrette, glue a hair clip to the back, attach to a stretchy hair tie, glue to a hair bow or package as a extra accent.
