Ghost FSL Tea Light-Votive Cover

This design was created to wrap around a battery tea light or you can use a votive candle if it’s container is tall enough to protect the FSL part of the design from the flame. You string tiny ribbon through the holes in the design to adjust size.

This design comes with 1 file that will fit a 5x7 hoop.

Comes with Step by Step instructions and made completely ITH.
