5 designs in the set fit 4x4 hoop or larger. Instructions included. All you need is felt and 3"x4" ziplock baggies,

which can be found at Walmart in the craft dept.

Once made, turn your bag upside down (zipper lock side down) fill with candy, gift card, money, etc.
